If you choose Easter Party Crafts that use paint and glue remember that they will have to dry before your guests leave. You can do one of two things to organize these types of crafts: 1) Do the crafts at the beginning of the party so everything has a chance to dry, or 2) Pre-paint anything that needs painting and use double sided tape or liquid adhesive INSTEAD of glue. By using this key you can find party crafts for Toddlers, Preschoolers and School-Age children. = Toddler = Preschooler = School-Age
• Have the kids make their own Funny Bunny Hat. Save yourself some time and cut all the supplies out ahead of time. Use double sided tape or liquid adhesive so you don’t have to wait for it to dry • If you want a super quick and easy craft try these Mini Bunnies and Mini Sheep – super cute. • Have toddlers and preschoolers make a Peeking Bunny Craft. Save time by pre-cutting all the supplies ahead of time! • Make some super cute Egg Buddies! The kids can make them and take them home to watch their hair grow! • Make a bouquet of Paper Daffodils. To make this quick and easy buy green craft sticks (or paint ahead of time) and pre-cut the shapes. All you need to do is glue together. Buy small clay pots or tiny tin buckets – these are very inexpensive just check your local dollar store or discount department store! Put a piece of foam inside your pot, cover with Easter grass and when the kids have made their daffodil(s) just stick it inside the pot for the kids to take home! You could also mix in some hand print lilies into your bouquet! • Have toddlers and preschoolers make their own Bunny Collage
If are going to do a craft(s) at your party you may want to do one ahead of time to have on display so your guests know what it’s suppose to look like. The best way to do this is have one of YOUR children do it – sometimes kids don’t want to do the craft because they don’t think they can make it look like the “perfect” example that an adult made.
